New Week

The weekend is over already. :( I think I could have used another day like today where I can just laze about and take a BIG nap! :)

Monique & I traveled all about on Friday and Saturday and we spent Friday night at her dad's & stepmom's. It was a GREAT time of visiting! I'm glad it worked out! :) Then, on Saturday, we got to see Karen's (Mo's stepmom) new quilt shop and that was fun. It's a nice little place! On the way home we stopped at Brian & Kosha's house (good friends of ours) and Anna B. (another good friend) was there, too, so we just had a grand time visiting away. Of course, we got home late, but it was worth it! Sometimes it seems like life is so busy and you just don't get in good visits like that. I love it when things work out and good memories are made.

Today, I went to Sunday morning meeting and then out to lunch with some good friends. After that, I came home and did some more homework and then took at TWO hour nap! It was wonderful! I talked to my parents for awhile tonight, too, and it's always nice to catch up with them. Mom actually flies out tomorrow to see me and she'll be here for a week and then Dad is driving out next weekend and they'll be here together for a week. I'll be working through this week, but I'm planning to take vacation time during the week that they're both here as we have a few trips planned. I'm so excited for their visit!! I've already got some things lined out this week that Mom needs to help me with, so that'll be fun. Then, when Dad comes, we'll travel the country-side. Yay! :)
