I agree with "turning the Radio OFF" I haven't listened to it much in... like ... a year or so. The quietness allows for hymns and spiritual thought to come. And when I do listen to music it's usually my hymn CDs unless I'm in the truck with Warner. I'm working on him too. ;)

Good luck on the letter writing. I was reminded of how many I need to write.
